About Shipping Cost:
- We don't mark up shipping—ever.
- Our permanent free shipping offer is based on your order value (calculated after discounts, before tax and shipping):
  - US orders: Free shipping on orders $150+ USD (applied automatically at checkout).
  - Canada, UK & Australia orders: Free shipping on orders $250+ USD (applied automatically).

About shipping and ETA
- Our team usually processes and fulfills orders within 3 business days. Most orders ship out faster, but during high-demand periods, the full 3 days may be needed.
- Shipping timelines
  - Domestic (US): Typically 2–8 business days. (Overnight and FedEx 2-day options available at checkout.)
  - International: Usually 7–16 business days. Customs may add extra time (sometimes up to 3 weeks, which is out of our control).
  - Holiday seasons: Expect longer processing and delivery times. Thanks for your patience!

Sometimes delays happen — especially during the holidays. Delivery timelines are always estimates only and can vary by carrier.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the courier’s hands. That means:
- Any delays with the carrier are out of our control.
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and vary by region.
- By placing your order, you agree to this shipping policy and understand that Paragon isn’t liable for carrier delays.

Shipping for Returns & exchanges
- Refunds to original payment method: Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns for store credit (gift card): Return shipping cost is deducted, but you’ll also receive a $5 bonus (which usually offsets the fee).
- Exchanges: Always ship free — no return shipping fee charged.

Friendly reminders about your shipping information
- Double-check your shipping details before checking out. We aren’t liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
- If your package is returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, we’ll refund the item value only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
