Preorder Shipping Information
When your order will ship
IMPORTANT: If your order has items that are available in-stock and items that are preorder, we will hold your order until all items are ready to ship. You can see the status of preorder items here.
If you'd like to get an in-stock item sooner, we suggest placing two orders: one for the in-stock item which will ship ASAP, and one for the preorder item which will ship when ready.
Changing orders after they've been placed is not possible. This includes size changes, color changes, and shipping address changes. You will need to place a new order with the items you want and then email us to request a cancellation of your old order. This may reset your wait period for a preorder item and items regularly sell out, so it’s important to double check your order to make sure you’ve everything right. If you had special pricing from a promotion on your original order, let us know when you email for a cancellation and we’ll provide you a code so that your new order has the same pricing.
Canceling your order
If it has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Just email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. After an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but it can be returned through our Returns Center once you receive it.
Response time from support
We work very hard to respond to inquiries as fast as we can. We receive a very high volume of messages. We aim to respond in 3 business days or less. Usually we’re faster, sometimes a bit slower. Your patience is always appreciated. We believe in sustainable and fair employment, so our support staff does not work weekends. Please do not send multiple emails or contact us on multiple platforms (e.g. email, Instagram DM), this will only delay a response to you. We are dedicated to helping you with your problem
