Size & Fit Guide

Finding your perfect Paragon fit can feel tricky online, so we’ve pulled together the most common questions (and answers!) to help you shop with confidence.

What’s my Paragon size?

Here’s our size chart (US sizing):

👉 Tip: If you’re between sizes, your best size can depend on the fabric (see below).

What size should I pick if I’m between two?

It depends on the fabric:

  • Reluna™ & AirSilk™: Super stretchy with light compression → size down for the best fit.
  • FeatherKnit™, RecStretch™, UltraLux™, Flexsweat™, Curveflex™: More compression and structure → size up if you’re between sizes.

How do fabrics fit differently?

Each fabric has its own vibe:

  • AirSilk™: Silky-soft, barely-there feel. Best for lounging/light movement. Ultra stretchy, low compression.
  • Reluna™: Buttery, second-skin softness. Light compression, extra forgiving stretch.
  • FeatherKnit™: Lightweight with medium compression. Feels supportive but comfy.
  • RecStretch™: Performance-driven, sleek feel. Medium-high compression.
  • FormLux™: Smoothing, luxe fabric. Holds you in with Mid compression.
  • Curveflex™: Body-sculpting, most compressive fabric. Snatched fit.

Important to consider when choosing a legging/style:

  • All leggings of our leggings will stretch with you, but it depends on how you want them to feel, what activities you'll use them for, and the level of compression you're looking for.

What details matter most for fit?

  • Leggings: Pay attention to waistband height, fabric stretch, and compression level.
  • Sports bras: Look at fabric stretch and support level (low, medium, high impact).
