My tracking says package has been delivered but it’s not here.
We understand your worry! If USPS is indicating that they delivered the package but it has not arrived, please be patient. Sometimes they make mistakes. They have a protocol for situations where a package indicates “Delivered” but is not at the address. USPS recommends waiting until the item is 7 business days past the delivery date before filing a missing mail claim. If the package has still not arrived after 7 business days, please file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number.
Most international orders will arrive between 7 & 14 days from the time they are placed, though, delays in customs may slow delivery time up to 3 additional weeks. USPS transit times for international shipments can be reviewed here.
If you haven’t received your package or the tracking history seems strange, please be sure to contact us! We will contact USPS and try to get more information in the meantime. We recommend doing the same since USPS most often will only respond to the recipient.
If the tracking for a package is unavailable and the item does not deliver within 3 weeks of expected delivery date, we reserve the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.
