How long will it take for my order to arrive?

HOLIDAY DELAYS:

While the holidays are an exciting time, it’s also a heavy traffic time when it comes to shipping. Delays are to be expected. By placing your order during peak sale times or around a public holiday, you acknowledge that you are aware and accept any potential delays.

Domestic Orders

Most US orders are processed within 3 business days from the time they are placed. During product launches, we may experience delays due to volume.

The speed at which you receive an item will also depend on the shipping option selected. USPS transit times for domestic shipments can be reviewed here.

International Orders

Most international orders will arrive between 7 & 14 business days from the time they are placed. Delays in customs may slow delivery time up to 3 additional weeks.

After that, the speed at which you receive an item will depend on the shipping option selected. USPS transit times for international shipments can be reviewed  here.

Please note that our worldwide flat-rate shipping option uses USPS First Class Mail International. Typical transit times for this option are 1-2 weeks, although if there are delays in customs, it may take 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your package after 4 weeks, be sure to contact us. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to us and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

Providing a great shopping experience for our customers is extremely important to us. We work hard to get your order shipped out from our warehouse as fast as we can (because we know getting packages is exciting)! 

Please note that once your order is packed up and leaves our warehouse, it is in the delivery courier’s hands. This means a few things:
+ Any delays that occur while the delivery company has the package is truly out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them. 
+ Delivery companies give us estimated shipping times. They are not guaranteed and are different region to region. By placing your order, you agree to this shipping policy and understand that Paragon is not in control of any delays that occur once your package leaves our warehouse.
