Where is my order?
For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.
Please give our team three business days to process, package, and fulfill your order. We appreciate your patience as we keep our team safe and healthy!

Please note that once your order is packed up and leaves our warehouse, it is in the delivery courier’s hands. This means a few things:

+ Delivery companies give us estimated shipping times. They are not guaranteed and are different region to region.
