Most purchases may be returned within 33 days (3 days to allow for delivery plus 30 days) of the purchase date for in-stock orders by making a request through our Return Center.

Please ensure that items are new -- unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and undamaged. Any returned item felt to be biohazardous by the staff will be immediately thrown away and not eligible for return. All " FINAL SALE" purchases are final. No final sale returns will be accepted and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Requirements Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with still attached. If you adjusted the length of your leggings -- you will no longer be able to return them.

Since the first week of June 2022, we now offer exchanges and $5.00 incentive for those who select exchange. Shipping addresses may be edited or changed for exchange orders.  

We issue refunds to your original form of payment and start the exchange process once the return package is scanned by USPS. This process started the first week of June 2022. No longer do we wait for for our warehouse team to receive and process your refund. We try to make it as speedy as possible. 

A quick note on exchanges: while we do our best to honor exchange requests, we cannot reserve items and the item may sell out before your return order is scanned by USPS. In this case, customer service will reach out to you. Discounts can be honored for your first exchange order, but will not carry over to further exchanges made on the initial order.

There is a cost for a prepaid shipping label. You will be able to view this cost during the return process. For those who are exchanging items or returning items for store credit/gift card, this cost is deducted from your refund. However, we will issue you a store credit/gift card for the nearest higher dollar amount of your label cost to discount the label cost. If you are returning items for refund to original payment method (i.e. your credit card), the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund of your returned items 

Please note: Paragon Fitwear is not responsible for the cost of return shipping when the refund form requested is original form of payment. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our listed requirements. If you return items that do not meet our listed return requirements or you sent back items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity. In the case, if we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated. Refunds and/or store credit are not available for items sent back that do not meet our requirements or were final sale.

In the case that you purchased your own return label, it is your responsibility to ensure that your return arrives back to us. We highly recommend you purchase a label that has tracking information. If the package does not arrive back to us, we cannot provide compensation. 

At this time, we unfortunately do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. We are actively searching for options and hope to change this in the near future. If you need to make an international return, please start the return through your local postal system or international carrier. It is highly recommended that you ship your international package with a tracking number.
