All returns/exchanges are processed as returns. Because of quickly fluctuating inventory levels, we do not offer a traditional exchange option. Most purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for in-stock orders by making a request through our return center.

Please ensure that items are new -- unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and undamaged. Any returned item felt to be biohazardous by the staff will be immediately thrown away and not eligible for return. All " FINAL SALE" purchases are final. No final sale returns will be accepted.

Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with still attached. If you adjusted the length of your leggings -- you will no longer be able to return them.

We offer two forms of refund: store credit or back to your original form of payment. For returns processed to your original payment, the cost of prepaid return labels will be deducted from your refund amount. For returns processed as store credit, the cost of the prepaid label is not charged. If you request your store credit refund to be switched and returned to the form of original payment, the cost of return shipping label is deducted. We do not refund the original shipping fees unless we made an error.

Please note: Paragon Fitwear is not responsible for the cost of return shipping when the refund form requested is original form of payment. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our listed requirements. If you return items that do not meet the requirements or items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity. In the case we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated. Refunds and/or store credit is not available for items sent back that do not meet our requirements or were final sale.

For international orders, prepaid return labels are not yet available. Please use the returns page to initiate a return. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse. It is highly recommended you ship your international package with a tracking number.
