How do I start a Return or Exchange?

🪄 Step-by-Step Instructions


1️⃣ Go to our Return Center

Enter your order number (including the “@”) and the email used to place your order.


2️⃣ Click “Create Request.”


3️⃣ Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and choose the reason.

  • If your reason is “Wrong Item Sent” or “Defective”, please upload photos so we can review and resolve it quickly.


4️⃣ Choose what you’d like to do:

  • Return → Refund to your original payment method or store credit (gift card).
  • Exchange → Choose a new size, color, or style by clicking “View Entire Catalog.”

    Once selected, click “Exchange” at the

    bottom.

5️⃣ Click “Continue.”


6️⃣ Select your refund method:

  • Store Credit (Gift Card) — includes a $5 bonus 🎁
  • Original Payment Method


7️⃣ Click “Continue” again to generate your prepaid USPS shipping label.

You’ll receive the label and instructions by email.


📌 Important Reminders

  • Drop off your package within 24 days of generating your label.
  • Include your packing slip inside the return package.
  • Check your inbox — your label and full instructions will be sent by email.

📦 Label Cost & Refund Details

  • There’s a small cost for using our prepaid USPS label.
  • You’ll see the exact cost during the return process.

If you’re exchanging or returning for store credit:

  • The label cost is deducted from your refund, but we’ll issue a gift card that rounds up to the next dollar to help offset that fee.

If you’re returning for a refund to your original payment method:

  • The label cost is deducted directly from your refund total.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges include a $5 incentive through our Return Center!
  • Start a normal return — the system will offer exchange options for in-stock items.
  • While we do our best to honor all requests, we can’t reserve items, so they might sell out before your return is scanned by USPS.

    If that happens, we’ll reach out to you to find a solution.

🚫 Items That Don’t Qualify

  • Final Sale items, Headbands, and UNDWR Thongs are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

  • It’s your responsibility to ensure your return meets our Return Requirements.

❌If Your Return Doesn’t Meet Our Requirements

  • Returns must follow the outlined requirements.
  • Final sale or unqualified items:
    • You’ll be offered to pay shipping to have them sent back to you.
    • Otherwise, we will donate them after 10 days of no response.
  • No refund or store credit will be issued for unqualified items.
  • If items are returned in less-than-perfect condition, future return requests may be limited or declined.

🌎 International Returns

  • Prepaid labels aren’t available yet for international orders.

    Please contact our Customer Service team with your:

    • Order number
    • Items you want to return
    • Preferred refund method (original payment or store credit)

You’ll receive an email with our warehouse address to ship your return using your local postal service or preferred carrier.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
