How do I start a return?

To request a return, simply navigate to our Return Center, enter your order number and email address, then choose the type of refund you'd like (refund to your original payment or store credit), and then select the items from the order you're shipping back and why.

Once that's completed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. The cost of this prepaid shipping label is deducted from the refund if you chose refund to original payment. There is no charge for the return label if you choose store credit. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our listed requirements. If you return items that do not meet the requirements or items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity. In the case we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated. Refunds and/or store credit is not available for items sent back that do not meet our requirements or were final sale.

For international orders, prepaid return labels are not yet available. Please use our Return Center to initiate a return. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse. It is highly recommended you ship your international package with a tracking number.
