How do I start a return?
To request a return, simply navigate to our Return Center, follow the prompts then enter your email address and order number or zip code. Your ordered items will appear and you can choose exchange, refund to your original payment or refund to store credit also known as gift card. Follow the prompts until completed and you'll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label or USPS QR code with return instructions
There is a cost for a prepaid shipping label. You will be able to view this cost during the return process. For those who are exchanging items or returning items for store credit/gift card, this cost is deducted from your refund. However, we will issue you a store credit/gift card for the nearest higher dollar amount of your label cost to discount the label cost. If you are returning items for refund to original payment method (i.e. your credit card), the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund of your returned items
It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our listed requirements. If you return items that do not meet the requirements or items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity. In the case we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated. Refunds and/or store credit is not available for items sent back that do not meet our requirements or were final sale.
For international orders, prepaid return labels are not yet available. Please contact Customer Service for information. Please include your order number, items you wish to return and if you want a refund to original payment method or a store credit. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse. Please start the return through your local postal system or international carrier. It is highly recommended you ship your international package with a tracking number.
