How can I exchange?
We offer exchanges with a $5.00 incentive through our return center! Also, there is a cost for a prepaid shipping label. You will be able to view this cost during the return process. For those who are exchanging items or returning items for store credit/gift card, this cost is deducted from your refund. However, we will issue you a store credit/gift card for the nearest higher dollar amount of your label cost to discount the label cost.. Start a normal return and exchanges will be offered for in stock items. While we do our best to honor exchange requests, we cannot reserve items and the item may sell out before your return order is scanned by USPS. If this happens, we will reach out to you.
