When can I expect my return to process?

After USPS scans your package, a refund will be processed or an exchange started automatically. 

We'll update you by email of the return or exchange process!

AFTER YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED

• If you requested a store credit/gift card refund, your code will be emailed to you immediately.  
• If you requested a credit card refund, it varies depending on your provider for how quickly it will show up on your account. In some instances, it may take up to 10 business days (2 weeks).
